road trip question.

this weekend I'm flying to alexandria, va, and then taking some combination of I-70 and/or I-80 back to utah. can anyone recommend any good cutlers not too far off the beaten path along either of those corridors? I want to take 70 to denver and then head up to 80 and back to slc, but it depends on what my fiancee wants to do.

OK so its nowhere near I-70 but in Seiverville Tn is "Smoky Mountain Knife Works". Its sort of half store half museum. The have ultra cheap crappy knives on up to limited edition production knives and all kinds of things in between. If your ever in the area its a cool stop to check out!
