Congrats and enjoy. For me however, the bottom picture of the desert roadhouse with honest wear was absolutely beautiful - no way I'd have done anything other than continue to add character.

I agree. But Ive been putting wear on this guy for two straight years and the tan g10 was getting dirty to the point of no return. After dying the g10 I wasnt happy with the color combo.

And can anyone confirm if they have still received warranty service after doing this?

I sand my clip scales smooth. Never affected the service I've needed.

I have uses 1000 grit wer/dry sand paper in the past but was all out. So don’t laugh but, all I had was abrasive strips that I use to clean copper pipe before applying flux to sweat it. I forgot what its called but its mesh.
Not sure about the warranty.
