Awesome article Matt. I know my lawyer wife loves to hate knives so I think its safe to say she doesn't make them. Do you ever do any teaching? I'm in Salem. This would be a great way to teach my ag students something about metallurgy.

Matt,

Neat article! You're a good ambassador for the knife world.

At least you dress better than most of us!

John

Nice article. You make a good ambassador for the knife lovers community.

Great job Matt.
The custom knife community really benefits when the general public gets this positive exposure to custom knives.

Great article Matt. After the article I followed the link to your website. I really loved all your bowies and especially your pages on how you forge and finish a blade. Very well done!

Mike

That's excellent - nice article and positive exposure.

One minor correction - you're not quite the only lwayer on earth who makes knives. ;) Though I suspect the inaugural meeting of knifemaking lawyers could comfortably be held in a phone booth.

Roger

It's good for all having good general press like this.
Thank you Matt!

By the way, a bit darky but nice pic in your shop. ;)

Matt, great article...very entertaining.

One point though:

Roberts said he'll continue to make knives, especially since he said he's making more from his hobby than his actual job.

Given this quote you must be one heck of a knifemaker or a real lousy lawyer:D;)

Marcel

Thanks gents!

Roger, sorry, I forgot about you. You and I are going to start the Lawyer's Knife-making Association :)...I call President ;).

Matt

Matt,
Good on you! Somehow I missed the article rushing through Sunday's paper while my two year old was finishing his Cheerios.
