rob i tried to reply to yor e-mail it gets sent back. yes i have the same prob, with the small wheel adapter. i runs into the side of the arm and has taken some off the fork. i crowned the 2" alum, wheel but to have it trued and crowned my inprove it. one idea i have is that if you widen the shaft 1" on each side of the smallcontact wheel this would give more room for belt drift when apllying pressure for finger notch's this would mean designing a new fork and it would not get rid of the chance of the side of the belt going into the arm. i find it one of the few small probs with the hardcore system. one day maybe we will have a perfect machine and a prefect knife. 
I don't know what's wrong!
