All you guys that have a girly mans grinder like a Frinks Kmg, Badger, wilton, and so on. This is what a real knifemaker MAN uses. Any want a be knifemaker can make a knife with one of those girly man grinders, just throw a piece of steel at it and 30 minutes later come back and there's a knife laying on the bench. But this grinder takes TALENT, CRAFTMANSHIP and SWEAT. Any knife made from this is well earned and well worth the price asked, not like the inflated prices you all charge for those girly made knives. Yep, this is a grinder that can and has stood up to abuse and time and still performs beautifully, smooth as silk. How about it Mr. Frink can you make that statement about those pretty dodads you make? I didn't think so. :p
So the next time you guys and gals are wanting a real knife grinder, don't fall for all the hype from those want a be grinder makers, look for the best and get one like this. A true MANS grinder.
Anoher advantage is no electric, when the big black out comes, my business will flourish and you all will be sitting around crying and complaining at the power companies, not to mention the great cardiovascular work out. How about it Mr. Frink, again do your machines offer this benefit? I didn't think so.

So when your wife complains about turning your crank  , tell your wife that this grinder is for her benefit and that your only thinking of her well being. Now back to work, and Merry Christmas and a properous New Year to all.

:D :D :D :D

Mr. B - I know your dear Pud well enough to imagine that her only comment could be "Put that nasty thing away and quit buggin' me!" :D :D

Merry Christmas to you guys.....

wha-da....? (...gasp!).

Is that a left handed or right handed model? Crank with one and grind with the other....

Hee hee....

Rob

Rob, Why its a right or left hand grinder, it doesn't discriminate. Sounds like pure ol jealousy to me. :grumpy: :D

Bruce, another good point, it is varible speed.

Bill

That's pretty good if you need a small radius, but what if you need a bigger one? Check out the pic on the bottom of this page.

That's really funny to me because I've actually been thinking and wondering about someday rigging a KMG with pedals and a flywheel. You laugh, but I'd love to be able to do my thing without power.

Nice, guys. :D
