So last night @ FOGOs, Rob gave my son Scott (an avid guitarist & bassist) one of his CD's ,,,,BIG THANKS Rob! :D:D

We rocked it all the way back to "The Pit" , and then back to the hotel :thumbup:

Great guy! Great musician! Great taste in knives :D:D

Oh, I thought there were going to be pics of little stone statues of Rob! ;)

Sorry that I missed that dinner :( Sounds like fun!

Oh cool. Wat type of rock would you classify it as? Genre? Is there some way we can hear it? Rob?

Ah sweet. Rob.... hey Rob? You there? Who would you say are your influences? I could name a few I think I hear in there... but you're a wacky Aussie so I could be completely off. Sounds like some Dragonforce... maybe older Anthrax. Definitely early thrash Metallica... Wow! "Point Lookout" absolutely rips. It almost had me hammer fisting, pull-starting the lawn mower around my office. Good stuff Mr. Stanley!!!!

Well, where do I start??? My childhood was spent being a diehard Kiss fan. Then in my teens it was Iron Maiden and Metallica. Now I'm into all sorts of prog metal like Dream Theater, Opeth, Buckethead. Anything with cool guitar ;)

Glad everyone is liking it!!! :)

I downloaded the freebie tracks Rob put up and they are killer!! Dexterity of Yngwie with a cross of Dimebag Derrell. Very cool and I'm buying the album next Thursday (payday).

-btw, cool that you dig Opeth, Rob  I'm finally going to see them this Oct. in SF!:D:thumbup:
