So years ago I bought a Laguiole En Aubrac on vacation in Europe. Being that it was and still is a pricey knife I wanted something a little less costly. Got this in the sub $50 range it seems like it is well made. Olive wood scales nicely finished blade, not high polish, but this is going to be a knife to use. At first I was a bit miffed that the blade was not centered when folded. But then I noticed that the back is cut at an angle. Is this some type of purposeful design? Anyway just under a 3.5" blade and 7.5" opened.
