Robert Jordan, author of the famed Wheel of Time series of books, passed away in September. AS any fan would surmise, he was a knowledgeable blade man.
I have been asked by the family to sell off the remains of his collection via ebay and am just starting to assess the collection. He had some good stuff and most of it is in immaculate condition. He had original antiques and modern reproductions of swords and knives. I'm going through the knives now and am finding nice customs by Randall and Hibben, production knives from Boker, S&W, Buck, and Wilderness; and everything from combat to sportsman blades.
I will undoubtedly need some expertise and plan to ask you fine ladies and gentlemen for help when stumped.
