Just bought a robeson, it has a "no-rustain" on the shield and 'rustless stainless' on main blade. Can any body help me with this? Thanks.

fan like myself:thumbup:. I think but not all togeather sure that your knife is probably carbon steel most likely 1095. Before Queen starting making Robesons they were mostly or they were all 1095 steel. You may want to re-post this over at the Traditional Knives Forums, as there are more knowledgeable folks that hang out there!
