Rock Creek- Hanwei Teton info please

I have heard excellent things about Rock Creek knives, and I have been thinking of getting the Teton Lockback Folder with leather scales. The knifes F&F at least fromthe few pics and videos look pretty good. And have heard good anecdotal statement about the brand.
Anyone has this knife, what's your impressions?
Quality? Corpareable to what other knives?
Anyone know anything about the steel they use HWS-2 it seems that they cook it up themselves, how does it perform? What is it similar to?
