Rock hard felt

Hi,
I was thinking of experimenting with Rock hard felt. I currently use balsa, with chrox powder. I heard that the felt can be used bare to remove small burrs. I was reading that the high density rock hard felt is hard to source , and the term gets rock hard gets used loosely and most of the stuff is junk . So anyone know were to buy the really high density stuff?

I got a felt block with edge pro. I just run the knife through it and it removes the bur bunnies. Or I just use soft wood block and do the same.

If all you want is a chunk to draw an edge through how about a hard felt bob? Something like this.
