Does anyone here have a Rockjumper?
If so, what are your thoughts?

I'm thinking that this one might be my next EDC one-hander.

I've seen reports that it is a great knife.
Some people say it's their perfect edc.
Yet I have seen people claim that on a number of knives.

I however do not own one.

Fresh out of the box!

This one fits my hand perfectly.
I love it!

It's basically a delica or endela with a wharncliffe blade. I freaking love the stretch. Both the drop and the straight spine. I'm not a huge wharncliffe guy or I would have bought one a loooonnng time ago. I say pull the trigger man!

But the handle is so much more comfortable to me than the Delica or the Endela.
It makes all the difference.

Been interested in this model but the upcoming Leafjumper has caught my eye as well. Looks to be the same knife handle but with the traditional leaf shaped blade instead. I like the minimal ricasso vs the delica. 🤔

I liked the Rockjumper a lot. Thanks to that knife, I don't see myself ever going back to a design with finger choils, except for maybe a Dragonfly.
The main hang up for me is just how damn tall the knife is in the closed position. It took up a lot of space in my pockets. But, I think that's the trade off for the blade shape and having so much handle to hold on to.

Smoothest opening Spyderco ever.
Feels great in the hand

I just wish it came in better steels
