Okay folks up this time is a Rockstead Beetle.

Rockstead are a small volume compnay in Japan which produces exquisitely made knives of the highest quality combining ultra modern techniques with traditional mirror polishing of the blades using methods passed down through the generations.

Some of you may have seen Mr Hanada at shows chopping into Bamboo then slicing paper. The steel used for this is the ultra tough YXR7.

There is a demo video of the knife in action here

Anyhow this is the knife on offer

Specs are;

Style: DLC Coated Blade
Blade length: 85mm
Overall length: 190mm
Thickness: 3.7mm
Weight: 100g
Hardness: around HRc65
Material: YXR7
Hard Coating: DLC(Thickness 3micron: Hardness of coating Hv1800)
Scale: Aluminium
Embellishments: Stingray

The Rayskin inlays add tremendous grip and are again a traditional material used for generations.

The knife is near mint, just a little rubbing on the thumbstud from being opened to be admired.

Everything that knife came with the knife from new, box, doc's etc is included.

I'm looking for Now $old for this fine knife to include PP fees and insured shipping anywhere in the world.

Thanks for looking :)
