Rockstead YXR7 and the DLC coating

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with the Rockstead DLC coating that goes all the way to the cutting edge? How long before the coating wears off? More importantly, how is the cutting edge with the DLC? Is it a keen, hair whittling edge?

From what I've noticed so far the DLC is holding up great.

Is a very robust coating that does not effect the razor like edges that come on all Rocksteads.
