I just communicated with Rod yesterday via email about this very question. He said that the current base price is $450. And as you add options, price can go up quick!

I'd grab one in a heartbeat for $400-$450.

They move at $500-550 due to there rarity. If your patient you can find them around $100 less. But you have to be ready, they don't last long!

I was able to get the above knife for $450 shipped. He was originally asking $575. I thought $450 was a fair price.

On another note, I also bought a Caliber yesterday as well. That way I'll be able to make a direct comparison.
