This little nibbler landed yesterday. What an awesome knife!!! I love it!!

It's a fantastic design that fits my hand perfectly. I love these lightning bolt handles.

Great Pics Rob and I totally agree!!! Comfortable and a well fitting knife. I think the Swamp has a real winner with this little guy. Going to be a classic right along with the RMD.

Great pictures Rob, thank you for sharing with us! Now you just need to get out there and have some fun with your new blade.

:thumbup:The Rodent 4 is sweet! I liked it so much I got the variant with the harpoon tip too!:D

Rob how is the geometry for doing finer cutting? I'm looking for a 3 to 4" blade for general work cutting and light to moderate camp cutting and fire prep. You think that the R4 would be a safe bet? For comparison I think a bro bravo would be perfect but would love to give the Rat a try.

Gixxer,
R4 is very well balanced and comforable, you should not have any issues using and enjoying it for the tasks you described.

I reckon it would perfect for your needs. Small enough for fine-ish work but stout enough to be used hard. And the Busse steel is VERY hard to beat. It's amazingly strong and holds a wicked edge. :)
