Front page says it's .265.. Order page says .250..
Length doesn't match either

Name: Rodent 6
Blade Length: 6 1/2"
OAL: 11.75"
Steel: SR-101
Hardness: 58-60 RC
Thickness: .265"

Order page says: .25

Specs:
Overall Length: 11.75"
Blade Length: 6.375"
Blade Thickness: .250"
Blade Width: 1.60"

Which one is it?

Thinking of buying... How worried should I be about rusting of SR-101? What are maintenance tips from the owners?

first off with the coating in tact you are fine rust wise but assuming you plan on either stripping it or beating it naked SR101 (52-100) does rust, depending on the part of the country you live in someplaces worse than others. Being out in Cali the climate is dry, zero humidity so my naked non stainless blades are fine. I will take them camping for the weekend and beat on them/use them and then just wipe them down with either a silicone cloth or oil and put them away. If you live on the east coast with all the humidity or by the ocean with the salt water then you have to be more diligent

I have a bit of naked 52100/sr101 and rusting has never been a problem even in winter and spring when wet around here.

Now if you aren't a high humidity coastal area with salt interest air you may need to be more careful on how you maintain your blades.

The spec differences are due to blade stock thickness compared to coated thickness, length difference is due to manufacturing tolerances.

If it helps, I just took a couple of quick measurements of my R6.

Blade Thickness: .265
Blade Length : 6.375
