Rodent Solution from the custom shoppe - Where does "Custom" ends?

So, I've been bit by a rat.

Badly.

And now I'm just about to order a blue/black RatMandu and a blue/black Rodent Solution. Both in Tanker gray.

The Ratmandu was a no-brainer, I just had to have one, and I think pretty much everything about that knife is perfect for it's size. But the smaller blade gave me some pretty hard time choosing between the RS and the Rodent 3...
I love smaller blades; 3" for me is kinda perfect (and legal to EDC). But then, I read so many good things about the RS's handle... And of course, having the stock SR-101 thinned to 1/8" rather than the standard 3/16" would make sense to me as I'd want it to be a slicer.

So, it brings us to the question: To what extent the Swamp will customize your knife?

I will go with the Rodent Solution, that one is now a given as I fear that the R3 would be too short handled for me. But would the Swamp be willing (for a price, of course), to thin out and/or shorten the blade?

I know Trissy would have answered that question in an heartbeat, but I'm also interested in seeing your takes on these mods.

Just to jump in with another option, the Busse AMS is only slightly more expensive than the Rodent Solution, but I feel it is a WAY better knife. I own both, and the RS feels very heavy in the hand for a knife its size, while the AMS feels way lighter and more nimble, it's a pleasure to hold and use. I don't know how far Swamp Rat will go in thinning out your blade, I've asked them to do it for my RMD and RS, and they both came stock thick and duller than spoon. Sorry I couldn't be of better help.
