I've seen a threas on using a solution, but mine is a bit different. I just got a mint solution, i think from a ganza, that is polished and has a hollow grind. I want to use this blade but haven't brought myself to it yet. Anybody use one of these? Is it a good slicer (it is still a bit thick for me on small knives, around .170 IIRC). Thanks.cwd
