Rodent Solution

I've been looking for a small fixed blade and i have narrowed it down to esee 3 or a Rodent Solution. Anyone have both and can tell me why they like the Rodent solution better? Im leaning towards the Rodent but i need a little push to get me there. O and if you guys have any pics of leather sheaths for the Rodent that would be awesome!
 
As much as I love esee there is just no comparison to how the rodent solution feels in the hand. One of the most comfortable little blades around. Go with the rs!

Had to get rid of it but I will be getting another.
 
I have the old RAT 3 (very similar to the ESSE version). The Rodent Solution has a much rounder and more comfortable handle. The Rat 3 is a little, flat. Good if you plan on wearing it strapped to a vest, but the Solution feels much better in the hand.

There is a review on the forums comparing the two in detail. Will try and find it for you later.
 
I have had multiple of both and heavily used both and the Rodent solution is the better knife. Its more comfortable and holds an edge longer.

I do like the ESEE 3 for EDC because its lighter but for everything else the Rodent solution is the clear winner.
 
I also have both and also find myself torn, I actually prefer the style of the ESEE 3 and carry it plenty but I think the RS is a better built blade.
 
I've carried the Solution every day since I got it. Small enough to not make others uncomfortable, yet big enough to handle a multitude of tasks. It has made a great companion on shorter hikes when I don't want to carry something heavier, and has been perfect for my every day carry. I've never owned an ESEE/RAT knife, so I don't really have much to compare it to in that aspect.
