Here is an email I got from Ross Roggio:

Thanks for your interest in Roggio Arsenal.
Yes our receivers are Mil spec. I would compare our receivers to DPMS and BUSHMASTER as equal on stuctural quality. However our color and finish are more online with H&Ks 416. In otherwords our finish is about the best you will find.

I ordered two, because lowers are getting hard to come by. I do wonder how its going to look if the lower is black and the upper is standard parkerized.
