It's about T-7 and counting to next weekend's SouthEastern Custom Knife Show, sponsored by the N.C. Custom Knifemakers' Guild.

While it's fine to pose the question. . . How'z bout some details about the show ? For example, location. . .times. . .directions. . .

Plez forgive my ignorance. . .but I've been in a lock-down studying for my very last "promotion test !" Have been out of the loop. . .so to speak and the brain is. . .shall we say ~ frazzled/burnt !

My test date is 6 Sep at 0740. . . It would be a nice break, after the test, to go to a knife gathering and reward myself with something ~ nice. . .

Hey Gig! No problem at all:

Show dates are 9/8 - 9/9 (9am - 5pm Sat, and 10am - 4pm on Sunday IIRC). It'll be taking place at the M.C. Benton Convention Center in downtown Winston-Salem, NC.

If you're planning to come and need directions, email me offline and I can hook you up with what you need.
 
Hopefully I'll be there sunday. I have to work saturday, possible sunday. We'll see. :)

Really looking forward to the show and seeing some you forumies. Have you talked to Kelly Yates lately, is he coming? Sorry that I can't make the Friday doin's, but will be there Saturday and Sunday. Hey, also enjoyed your last wors of wisdom in Blade, keep it up....!!

Thomas - yeah, "liquid medication" - the stuff that's usually imbibed on weekend nights :P LOL In fact I talked with Kelly last night, he is definitely coming to the show! Also, David Baker - who recently relocated from Charlotte, NC to St. Paul, MN is seriously considering coming to the show. Looks like we may have the NC gang back together again :)

I will be there and it is going to be Sweet. Only two more days! Gotta get a Mike Snody Japanese can't wait to see Mike and Michelle again. Geno Denning and Jerry Hossom are also gotta gets. Great Show to go to.

I'm going to be there! Plan on being there early Saturday morning; probably won't make it Sunday, since I have to drive all the way back to MD.
