I'm hoping for some enlightenment here.... I took my new Serrated H1 Dragonfly 2 for a local trail run tonight and it's been a bit windy. Few big trees down across the tracks so there are some go-arounds starting to wear in. Figured I'd do my part on one small section by trimming some small 1/4 - 3/8 bushy branches out of the way. Bit of pressure on the branch away from the cut and a single stroke from the H1 SE and away they broke, most cleanly in one swipe. I was impressed, really impressed actually.
Until I got home. Looks like I've rolled the tips on a few of the small serrations. You can see and certainly feel the rolled over points. I'm a little surprised as I didn't think it was hard use but maybe I pushed it too hard for what it's fair use is.
Any suggestions on a fix. I've a lansky spydie sharpener stick in the mail. And an edge pro (probably not much use on SE) should I try to somehow straighten the slight kinks in the teeth. I'm worried they might snap of I did it wrong. Or just sharpen them out. I've tried to get a few pictures (crappy phone ones but you can see the rolls as they reflect a little more light)
