Is this lock standard on the new Militaries? I am ordering one, just don't know if it'll come with the new lock.

If memory serves Sal has indicated that about 5 or 6 new models will be introduced per year. The Rolling Lock Military should debut in mid-2000. And FWIW the abalone Tie Clip-It is scheduled for late 2000.
