Rolling mill for 15N20?

Good morning, all. I saw a Central Machinery rolling mill on craigslist, and am wondering if this would work for rolling out annealed 15N20 strips to make 15N20 wire for pattern welding. I'm thinking I could shear off square strips of 15N20, and then use the progressively smaller rollers to roll these into round wire. Would this work?
