Roman Cutlery Stall

That's neat and I have that photo in one of my books . We used to get Italian language tv programming here from NYC. There was a fascinating segment of a small museum that contained knives used to butcher pork. There was a collection far bigger than those in the photo . Each knife was used for a different operation in the cutting up of the pig !!!
 
I just love finding old pics of Knives. The designs of some of these seem to be very specific.
