Ron Hood passed away

I am truely saddened at the loss of Ron Hood. He passed away in his sleep last nite. He helped me out so much during my early days of knifemaking. He was willing to evaluate one of my knives and include it in one of his videos. I will never forget his generousity and willingness to help. This is truely a sad day in the wilderness survival and knife communities.

RIP Ron. I started buying his videos in 1997. The man was a wealth of knowledge that always had time to chat if you caught him when you were making an order.
