Ron Hood's knives

I watched his survival basics video and noticed he uses Busse's. Anyone know what models he uses? I really liked the small one he used, I think it was a satin finished game warden but I'm not all that familiar with the models by sight.

THe big one is a SHBM. Not sure about the small one.

I remember seeing the following in Ron Hood's videos and articles:

Battle Mistress (straight handle)
Battle Mistress (Hood/Busse special collaboration variant)
Steel Heart (straight handle)

He may have used others but the above are the only ones I can recall right now.

He has posted pics several times.

Ron likes Fehrman and TOPS knives and uses Busse knives but doesn't refer to them by their Busse names (in one survival article he was using a SHBM and referred to it as a "big bowie" but called out Fehrman and TOPS knives by name).

Just an observation.

Oh yes, and he has done an Anaconda model collaboration with TOPS and collaborated with Fehrman on the Hood Hunter, which is a really nice knife BTW.

I believe the small Busse referred to is a Mean Street.

And no, Ron isnt pushing Busse much these days.
