Ron Lake original?

Hi,

Im from switzerland and Im new in this forum.
I found a Ron Lake Folder in a shop. Is this a original folder from Ron Lake or is this a knive from a collaboration with Ron Lake and Hanwei?
Someone can help me???

If you look at the photo you posted you can see where it looks like the Hanwei part of the mark has been sanded off.

There is a additional sign on the blade from Hanwei. I cant see any additional sign on the blade from the folder I found in the shop.
The seller said to me this is 100% an original. I said to him that I like to buy this knife for more than 2000 US$ and I send the money today. But know I dont like to buy this knife.

That is very wise. You would be paying over $2000.00 for a $200.00 knife. There seems to be a few of the Hanwei knives being passed off as original Lake's.
