"The Christmas elves just finished your ringed gidgee bowie. It is a 10" W2 handforged bowie, with heat colored nickel damascus fittings. The blade is hand satin finished with a mirror polished razor sharp edge. A palm swell is contoured in the gidgee handle. Overall is 15.5". The pictures don't do the knife true justice. Your gidgee wood turned out gorgeous."
Santa Ron got his elves working and this is what resulted - obviously they outdid themselve - Ron had taken a liking to the Gidgee wood I had down at Blade and agreed to get his merry band of elves to make me a Christmas present. A wonderful Christmas it is going to be - I can not wait to get this in my hands and try it out -not going to be a safe queen - not going to use it hard though! I can't thank Ron enough for making this absolutely gorgeous Bowie - I like simple and elegant and this defines the genre. On to the pic!
