i can't make up my mind which vision i want to buy"*#@#%&%"!!!
so i am going to order a night vision, x-ray vision and mini x-ray. any suggestionsor comments on these knives? any way to make them smoother?(you know, the custom, smooth as glass feel we spoke of earlier on another subject). by the way, how thick are they? are they as thick as the flash knives?

Hey Wayne,

You're going to get an award for the most SOG knife purchases in one day! :D

The Flash II and Vision are very similar in blade thickness (nearly identical). The difference you will notice IMMEDIATELY is the grinds. The Flash is a full flat grind, making the blade very thin overall. The Vision keeps its full thickness for more than 3/4 of the blade before tapering to the tip, making it feel thicker and it is definately heavier.
 
Definitely get the NightVision, it's been discontinued:(
I have the Ti Vision and the NV, they are great knives, you won't be sorry!

Dude there are a number of really good systems for sharpening serrated edges these days.

Make sure you have a look around before you get one though, some are great, some suck.

But in the end the choice is yours.

Spyderco Sharpmaker!!!!

Gives my SOGs that oh-so-sharpness. They cut the very molecules of air they pass through. Increadibly easy to use.

I'm impressed if I can get mine to shave hair!!! I suck at sharpening... I just get a new knife!!!:D
I really will have to invest in one of those...
