Recently purchased a set of Ronco's knivies. After the first wash in a dishwasher, the blades were full of corrosion stains. Just wonder if anybody had similar experience and is it quality of steel Ronco uses or a problem wish dishwasher (if it's possible)
Since most of the stuff is made in China today, I assume the quality assurance is in question.
Thanks in advance

Ronco finally replaced my knives when Ron Popiel himself watched the DVD I produced on my Macintosh proving that all detergents, wash, rinse and spin cycles along with copies of a university department heads assessments of water hardness/softness, exact mineral composition. etc. etc. were well within Nasa's strictest tolerances

In a nutshell I got new knives and my wife threw in the towel and now I have to do the dishes.

There are some on this forum who will not discuss Ronco knives with you and there are others you may never be able to shake.

Good luck
