Looking for a Ronin Sakura alternative (cheaper but ok quality).

I'm not aware of anything that imitates this design, exactly. Some karambits come close, but not close enough that I would say they are Sakuras.

You would probably have better luck having one custom made - and most likely it would be less expensive than Ronin's price.

The Spartan Enyo has a nearly identical blade, no ring though. They’re like $70 for the cheapest version
