Blade-tech sells the screws in various lengths. www.blade-tech.com If there are any Galco holster dealers in your area, they may have them also. All Chicago screws I ever encountered were compatible. As for the aluminum tension screw, I do not know, but I have followed the company's recomendation to not touch it.
