Hello, folks!
As a custom knife dealer, I have not personally seem new Spydercos since the waine Goddard model (quite a while, uh?). I have just received a Rookie model and found it great! Very light, well constructed, well finished, I really liked it, since I alwais thought the Police too heavy and have never liked the Zytel handles that much. The only problem is that, on my folder, the tip is very close to protruding from the handle. Nothing to worry, but the ptip can be clearly felt if you rub your finger on the bottom of the folder.
Anyway - as a folding knife lover I would like to congratulate Spyderco for the great knives this revolucionary company offers. I´ll try to get some more to put in my humble collection, along with my Benchmades.
