I have a couple knives here and there scattered around the house, for various purposes, and I know most of you guys do also. What rooms do you have your knives in and which ones are they:
Extra Bedroom: Case tiny toothpick (I keep some clothes here, so I use this knife mostly for thread) and Extrema Ratio t2000 for SD
Bedroom: SOG Tigershark - utility and SD
Basement: I keep my users down here, mostly I keep a couple small Busses down here, like my Assault Shaker and Active Duty. I also have a HI Ang Khola down here ready for use.

I keep an older American-made Chicago Cutlery in the shop. My work knife, an AG Russell Hunter's Scalpel, is usually by the bed or in yesterday's pants. Kitchen knives are in the kitchen.

My 200+ other knives are in a locker.

well i keep my knives in the office,,but while watching tv,,,i usually have my knife of the day ( what I like today,,you all know,,,my daily favorite...whats new etc) and my Benchmade 707.

But i have a mooremaker trapper near the bed,,and a beat up kershaw in the basement, and a bowl of users by my door. ( today it's a swiss army, remington congress, a gerber multitool, and a Benchmade 705)

I keep my Busse SFNO under my pillow next to my 45, my Sebbie next to my window, my sak in my kitchen, Most of my knives are in my bedroom. The rest are just scattered wherever, some in the living room, some in the kitchen/dining room.

I have knives scattered all-over my place...Even in both bathrooms.

I keep most of my knives in the bedroom; on the desk and in the cabinets next to the bed.

Older large Buck Ranger Stockman on the bedroom dresser, two fixed blades "on display" ( Entrek Companion and Greco Cub Companion ) with fancy handmade lanyards on a bedroom table, two handmade wooden boxes on another bedroom table one containing my "user" slipjoints and the other my EDC folders....BRKT Mini-Canadian with carved bone handle in the living room.....SAK Super Tinker in the office for utility/mail opening detail.....old Spyderco Endura with GIN1 blade near the front door to grab and take with me when I go out to recycle cardboard....beater Junglee folder in the kitchen for prying/abuse, and of course the usual suspects......kitchen knives.

I keep my Leatherman Wave in the glovebox of my car, and the rest of my knives in my nightstand. They're not there for easy access, but just because It's a good sized drawer for them. I really ought to consider placing them more strategically :D

I usually keep an extra one on the passenger seat in my truck. There are a couple more in the kitchen. One on my desk and if I'm not carrying one clipped to my boxers(casual home attire) I will pack one in to the bathroom with me.

Ooooh, well if we are talking about vehicles..... I have a TOPS CQT Magnum and a Benchmade Rant in my truck, along with a Gerber multitool.

I live in a small house. There is generally a sheath knife within arm's reach everywhere. Sometimes a folder just isn't enough. I can never tell when I'm going to need a big blade.

I have a gunrack mounted on my bedroom wall on which I keep a few Benchmade knives, and my Katana. There is a western-style bowie on my bookshelf, and an Al Mar SOG Bowie on one wall. The other knives I move around routinely.

On the odd occasion that we have company over, I do remove most of them. There is just something about a Ka-Bar on the coffee table that makes people feel uneasy.

It is not a disease. It is a lifestyle. :D
