Its a good value at that price.
I don't have a lot of room to complain at $34, but if I had to, the biggest issue is the pocket clip. The clip looks nice because it is flush to the frame, but that gives the clip nearly zero clearance to get it on your pocket. Well, you can get it in, but pulling the knife out nearly requires two hands. It would probably be worth the time to bend the clip so you have more clearance for your pocket's material.
The knife is also heavier than it needs to be. full steel liners that could have been skeletonized. Still, at 4.79 oz, its not bad for the price.
Its a good looking knife. The blade shape is good. The action on bearings is smooth. D2 and micarta for $34, Rosecraft Blades did alot with what they could for the price.
