I'm thinking of purchasing a Roselli leuku , does anyone own one ? If so , do find the blade to thin ?

No. The blade on mine is 5/32 inch thick, 7 3/4 inches long and about 1 1/2 inchs wide. A no frills, very effective cutting tool.
