Time for some shiny stuff! Heres a stainless 9.5" Chef knife with rosewood burl handles. These pictures dont begin to do this wood justice.

Blade is CPM154 Rc 61, 244mm, 9 1/2" on the edge. Heel height is approx. 52mm spine above the heel at 2mm tapering to the tip.

Thanks for looking, as always, comments and critiques welcomed.

God Bless.

Thanks Kimper! :)

The handle is Honduran Rosewood and its natural. The blade specs are listed above.

Nice one Randy. Love all your knives, but I do tend to favour ones like this - clean, crisp design but still very classy thanks to the rosewood burl and mosaic pin

Thanks much guys! The design has a Japanese influence. and makes a great working tip. Just my opinion, and from other pro chefs and guys that work all day with a knife seem to like the lower tip and a somewhat flatter profile. Thanks again its great to hear from you all!

God Bless
Randy
