I am looking at these, are they worth the money,am fan of Victorinox, have few saks and one of their boning knives...

Bought one for my mom a few years back. I think she likes it. The fibrox line are considered decent inexpensive kitchen knives; the rosewood ones should be of similar quality.

I have the Fibrox versions.

Great knives for the money, although they are a bit soft. (Probably so your average person can sharpen them easily.)

Geometry is good and they perform pretty well all things considered.

I have walnut handled Messermeister that don’t get used as much as my synthetic handled Messermeisters…beautiful but more care/maintenance. I’ve got the fibrox in 8/6/5 and they get used all the time, impossible to beat for the money. I think the RH is dialed in just right, edges roll instead of chip and come right back with a honing rod. I haven’t sharpened any of mine in over 2 years, rod has been enough.
