Rothco m-51 bag?

I've seen good and bad reviews on this bag and just wanted to ask the opinion of people who know quality stuff. So is the rothco m-51 a quality bag? it's only 30 bucks. should i invest the money into it
 
actually...in reading around further (because I am also looking for a bag like that).......there are quite a few complaints of it falling apart and not being well constructed.......I guess the best thing would be to see it in person and check it out and make a determination from that
