Rotring 600 rollerball pen: comes with no refill?

I just got my Rotring 600 rollerball, and it didn't come with any ink core thingy. Is it supposed to be like this, or did the dealer screw it up? It's just empty, nothing there. I do have some G2 refills, but I really wanted to try the Rotring rollerball refill to compare the writing quality.

Besides that, the cap shakes when writing. It's annoying; I don't see how I could write with it. I've only heard of this being a problem on the older Rotring 600 (with knurled grip), but I guess some of the newer ones are like this too. Should I send it in to Rotring/Sanford?

Looks like my search for The Pen hasn't ended yet...

The refills should come with the pen. I once purchased a Rotring roller and the refill was not inserted in the barrel but rather had its own separate cap. It's up to the consumer to place the refill in the pen. Your dealer made a little mistake...contact them and ask them to send a refill to you.
