Rotring 600 with Fisher Space Refills?

I can't seem to figure out if Fisher makes a refill that fits the Rotring 600 ballpoint pen series. Not the rollerball, the ballpoint version (with the clickie).

Anyone got this combo? If so, where can I get the right refill? Is there a part number?

I have a few. It is the Fischer refill with Parker style adapter. The one I have in front of me is a black ink, medium point. The part number says #SPR4 11241. I got mine from www.thewritersedge.com Their Fisher refill page says that all the refills they sell have the adapter.

That being said, I now use the Parker gel refills in my Rotring. Wow! I can't belive how great this pen writes with the gel refill. I got the Parker ballpoint gel refill from www.pencity.com
