Rough Action on the second day of use? My new 25

Hey guys,
As a new CRK owner and someone that actually uses my knives moderately hard, I wanted to hear your reactions. I just recieved a brand new 25 and put it in my pocket as soon as I got it out of the box. I have been doing a side job installing pergo flooring for a friend, so its first day it was in a somewhat (not extremely) dusty environment. I mearly cleaned the blade with a paper towel when I got home and hit it lightly with a coat of Tri-Flo lubricant to ward off any of the sweat that may have gotten on it. Today the blade rides pretty rough. The bottom of the blade seems to be making light, rough contact with the stop pin part of the way as it opens and closes. Is there another cause of this besides dust? I figured I'd get more than a few days without having the disassemble the darn thing. What are your thoughts? Should I just take it apart and clean it and hope I don't have to do this every few days? Thanks for your reactions.

Take it apart and apply some good lube. I like Nano Oil and Frog Lube. I just received a new from CRK, large CF Inlay Insingo. After a few openings, the knife felt dry and gritty. I took it apart ad I was right, it was dry'ish and gritty. There was hardly ANY lube at all on the washers. This has happened a few times. However, it's an easy and pleasurable fix.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that I did clean the stop pin with a q-tip and the round bottom part of the blade (term for this?) without taking the knife apart to try to get any dust that might be sitting on those surfaces. That did not work, and the surfaces appear to be clean, but there is definately some rubbing going on through that part of the open/close action.
Also, I LOVE this knife otherwise...

Thanks man. I'll try this before I do anything else.

Crk states to clean with water and soap if needed and use their grease for lube. Triflo contains wax, which is not good for a sebenza's action.

Just to put it out there, I took the advice given and have had zero problems since. My 25 has now become my most frequently carried and I love it more and more everyday.

Glad it worked out. Use it in good health and post an update after a lot of use.
