I have a Camillus 3 blade Stockman knife that has the blade etch "Camillus Rough Cut Tobacco".
It measures 3 and 7/8" closed.
It doesn't have a tang stamp, but the shield is stamped "Camillus".
My first question is - are these 1095 carbon steel blades ?
Second question is - since there isn't a tang stamp,is this knife a "second"?
Thanks,
Ron

I believe the blades are stainless. And as for the tang stamp, I don't recall ever seeing a tang stamp except for the yellow handled one. I haven't really looked, but from what I remember that is.
Maybe someone else can shed some light on it.

Thanks,
The tang shows that it has been ground but you can't see it in these pictures.
