This isn't much, but I thought I'd do a quick little giveaway. This is a rough rider gunstock with yellow composite covers I modded to have clip and sheepfoot blades instead of spear and pen. I used this lightly but it's definitely good to go, and a user anyway I'd assume. These rough riders are good quality, even not considering the low price. They hold an edge, are easy to sharpen, and this one has great f&f.

Rules:

- At least 10 non giveaway/sale posts
- must have an interest in trying out traditional knives (that is, if you have a bunch of traditionals please leave this to someone new to the interest)
- one entry, I assume you are entering if you post unless you say otherwise, post number is your entry

I'll use a random number generator to pick, I'll take entries till I'm done with my last final on Thursday. I'll pay shipping anywhere in the lower 48. Sorry people outside of that area, shipping would be more than double the cost of the knife.

I'll get in on this. You did a good job on those mods. I like how the main blade looks.

I'll pick 222

thanks for the chance!

I'm in! I've never owned a traditional before, and that one is pretty....

Not an entry, but I just wanted to thank the OP for this nice gesture. I actually have the same knife (not modded), and it's certainly a nice user!

is this a pick a number or selection by post #?

ill take both post #8
and number 396.

thanks for the chance!

This is looking like it's gonna be a small one. To be expected, given the knife I guess. Get your entries in, my last final is soon!

Welp, just finished my last final, so here it is:

Congratulations @truth-seeker if you send me your info in line the next hour I can probably get it shipped today.

Thanks a lot Man
My First gaw win and the first non locking knife I've had in years may get me into slipjoints.

Sounds like the random number generator chose well. I replied to your pm with your tracking number, should get there Monday.

If you do get into slippies, check out GEC (great eastern cutlery) they are basically handmade, in small runs, all in the us (like an hour from my house), and as high quality as it gets.
