Hey everyone. I love this little knife I got yesterday. Anyway on the left handed opening hole there is a roughness around it, on the right handed side it is much smoother. It doesn't bother me, but I am a perfectionist. I also notice a little roughness on the pocket clip screw but I don't really care about that. I was thinking I'd save Sal a little trouble and try to smooth it a little myself (the opening hole). Any suggestions?

I used an emery board nailfile and a light touch on my endura ss. Just work it in and out of the opening hole at about a 45 degree angle. Go easy , it wont take long.

dremel!

put on a bit that has a larger cone, clamp knife in vice, do light touching with the dremel on 2nd or 3rd setting. can bevel the whole hole in about 2-3min if you want.

Thanx "J" for saving us the trouble. You ARE a perfectionist. I was taught "he who sees the closest, sees the most".

Thanx also Yobbos & Wolf for also saving me the trouble.

I just use 1000 grit paper to sand out the rough edge on my Salsa. I didn't want it beveled like how the Benchmade have on the Griptillian.
I like how the SpyderHole as it is, as long as it's smooth around the edges.
