The most inexpensive fix is to simply chamfer the edges a bit with some sandpaper.
If you want a different look, it would help to say what you want; as recommendations could vary for different materials and shaping. Do you want to buy "off the shelf", or have something made for you?

Buy something off the shelf made from either G10 or Micarta

Made in Russia, so shipping these days is risky probably. But they are exceptionally good.
