Rounded Tips

After looking at a new Delica I bought last month, I've realized that I have rounded the tips on my two old Enduras and one old Delica. It is all my fault. I used the Sharpmaker 204 rather sloppily and let the tips come off the stones.

I know that the factory can sharpen knives, but can they reprofile a sharp point on my knives?

If so, who do I call?
 
Hi Laredo. We can do it, or you can do it. However, we've also found that the rounded tip is a tad stronger than a very sharp pointy tip. The tips on most claws, antlers and teeth in nature are slightly rounded.
