ROWE Leather bandolier for large knife carry

Wanted to be able to carry my large knives w/o a giant hassle, be able to climb over rocks,sit down comfortably ,not pull up my pants all the time,and just move more freely..... and still be able to get to it easily. Kenny and Cody Rowe built the pictured bandolier for me. I made it for left hand carry even though I'm right-handed so that I could carry my handgun or another knife in a regular sheath on the right side. It has a pouch for a folder or ??? ,a firesteel loop and 2 steel hooks to hang a compass or ??/ on. It's also made so that all the sheaths from my large knives will fit on it;they just slide on and off. I can basically carry any of my knives on this rig--all the sheaths fit-- and it is extremely comfortable and very solid. They did a great job on it.. It's a quality set up. Pix are theirs except for last one--hope they don't mind. It was a great price too, IMO.

Pretty cool setup and quite versatile i'd say. It also looks pretty high qualiy. Being able to change out to different knives and sheaths is the cats meow. Congrats nice score. :thumbup:

The term I have heard for that style of rig is 'baldric'. I have one in leather and another in nylon from two other sheathmakers, but that Rowe model has some nice extra features compared to the typical versions.
